All orders are processed within 2-12 working days as each product is handmade. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design and size.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at anahatkalaa@gmail.com with proper photos and an unboxing video, and we will assist you as per our Exchange Policy.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
