At Anahat Kalaa, every piece is handcrafted with care and made uniquely for you. Due to the custom and delicate nature of resin art, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. We offer an exchange in such cases, subject to approval.

To request an exchange:

• Please email us at anahatkalaa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos and an unboxing video of the damaged product
• Mention your order details in the email

Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate an exchange for your item.

Please note:

• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
• Each product is handmade, so slight variations are natural and not considered defects
